Winter Wedding

2012 welcomed me with a new task:

 I am now a traveling cupcake architect.

There was no way I can bring 200 cupcakes + a 3 layered wedding cake to Cordon, Isabela.

So, I had to decorate my cupcakes on site 4 hours before the event.

So what's the biggest challenge???

  I forgot to bring measuring cups  
   &   
 measuring spoons!!! 

Hamsum suggested to use a beaker!  ;-)

(So, this is why we have Chemistry in highschool.)

I started with the wedding cake at 2pm.

tadaaaaa...

let it snow,,,

......  let it snow......

finished just in time to get dressed for church.... ;-)

I just love it when you can do the thing you love most because of your job.

I know I've already posted photos of these little chefs but I just want to share why I'm doing these cupcakes at a very low price...it's because of this!

This is why I love doing this thing. 

Even if I'm super busy as 1/2 Architect, 1/2 Mom,

I still manage to moonlight as a Cupcake Architect. ;-)
